Die Casting

Equipped with presses ranging from 400 ton to 1,000 ton our die casting department specializes in aluminum and zinc alloy castings.

Plastic Injection Molding & Thermal Forming

McCain also offers in-house tool making and design, thermal forming and injection molding processes.

Powder Coating

McCain utilizes the latest technology and proprietary pre-treatment process to powder coat parts in a range of shapes and sizes.  Silk screening services are also available.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

McCain’s sheet metal department specializes in aluminum and steel. A variety of equipment stations have the capacity to produce standard and custom shapes to accommodate just about any design.

Designed to meet your specifications, McCain’s wire harness capabilities range in type and size to cover a variety of applications.

Engineering & Design

McCain offers engineering and design services at both McCain's corporate headquarters in the United States and the manufacturing facility in Mexico.  Engineering expertise encompasses mechanical, electrical, and PCB design.  McCain's engineering team utilizes several software packages that include SolidWorks, Pro-E, CAD and Auto-CAD. 

Shipping & Distribution

McCain’s distribution center is located at its corporate headquarters in Vista, CA - a short drive from its manufacturing facility in Mexico. Special shipping arrangements are available on McCain’s privately owned fleet for customers located in the Pacific Southwest.
