McCain’s corporate headquarters is located in Vista, California, about an hour north of the US-Mexico border. All projects are coordinated and managed by McCain’s outsource manufacturing team, located at corporate headquarters, providing you with a local point-of-contact for all your customer service needs. In addition, McCain has remote offices located in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, and the Northeast. 

Distribution and shipping are coordinated through McCain's United States location.  Local shipping arrangements are available through McCain’s privately owned fleet for customers located in the Pacific Southwest – California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Nearsource Manufacturing

McCain operates manufacturing facilities in both in the United States and Mexico, offering customers the opportunity to capitalize on the benefits associated with both onshore and nearshore manufacturing services. McCain’s state-of-the-art facilities each offer a complete range of manufacturing capabilities including powder coating, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, machining, assembly, welding, and more.

United States – Neighboring our corporate headquarters in Southern California, is our newest LEED-certified manufacturing plant. The 100,000-square-foot facility is equipped with the latest automated machinery, equipment, and tools; ensuring each project is produced to the highest-quality standards each and every time.

Mexico – McCain’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located just south of the U.S. border in Tijuana, Mexico. The facility is equipped with the latest machinery, 140,000 square feet of production lines, and a dedicated engineering and design team. McCain's facility uses in excess of 50,000 lbs of aluminum and steel sheet stock and an equal amount of ingot each week.

All items packaged at the Mexico facility are accelerated across the border though the C-TPAT program, alleviating worries of shipping delays due to customs.
